For the entrepreneurs of tomorrow
Every dollar you earn.
One ledger.
Salary, SPIFs, recurring revenue, and your percentage of the deals you make happen — tracked on one page, locked in agreements every party signs, and paid out automatically through Stripe. Everyone sees the same numbers.

01
Track
Diversification is the job. Put every income stream — paychecks, SPIFs, retainers, residuals — on one page with one monthly number.
02
Agree
Split a deal with anyone. Every party reviews the exact terms and signs; the locked agreement is the binding record — versioned, immutable, auditable. Nothing changes quietly.
03
Get paid
The client pays one bill. Microhired splits it to the cent and Stripe delivers each share — your 10% of $9,830 lands without a single reminder email.
The full path, including the honest parts — how it works, in detail.
How a deal reads in your ledger
| Deal | Party | Split | This bill | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Acme onboarding — June | You | 10% | $983.00 | paid |
| $9,830.00 billed | Lead consultant | 60% | $5,898.00 | paid |
| Delivery partner | 30% | $2,949.00 | paid |
Every party to this deal sees this exact page — same terms, same numbers.
Built on one idea
Transparency, three ways.
With yourself
Diverse revenue is wonderful; tracking it is a pain. Know who's paying you, how much, and when — one page, one monthly number.
With each other
Everyone signs the same locked terms and watches the same split land. Amendments take everyone's signature again — no quiet edits, no end-of-month surprises.
About the money
The fee is printed on the bill. Funds move payer → Stripe → your bank, never through our accounts. Every cent is reconciled on a double-entry ledger.
1%
of each bill collected. That's the price.
No subscription, no setup fee, no per-seat fee, no fee to receive a payout. On the $9,830 bill above, Microhired's fee is $98.30 — printed on the bill, before the split.
Fair questions
Do you hold my money?
No. Funds move payer → Stripe → each party's bank. No escrow, no balances, no advances.
Is the agreement actually binding?
Yes — acceptance is an electronic signature under ESIGN/UETA, recorded with a fingerprint of the exact terms.
What does it cost the others?
The 1% comes off the top before the split — every party sees the same fee line. Joining costs nothing.
What if a payment is reversed?
Refunds and disputes claw back proportionally from everyone who was paid — it's in the agreement everyone signed.
